What data we collect
- Order data — name, surname, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number and the contents of your order.
- Account data — e-mail, hashed password and order history (only if you create an account).
- Communication data — messages you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.
- Newsletter data — your e-mail address, where you have subscribed.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we process it (purposes and legal bases)
- To process and deliver your orders and to provide customer support — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations, including issuing invoices — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To send our newsletter and offers — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To analyse and improve our website and to remember your preferences — our legitimate interest and, for non-essential cookies, your consent (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed with our payment providers, delivery carriers (e.g. Omniva, Latvijas Pasts), e-mail and hosting providers, and accountants, all acting as processors under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA unless a lawful safeguard is in place.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Latvian law (generally 5 years). Account data is kept while your account exists. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Consent and analytics logs are kept no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
