1. Orders and contract

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse an order if the goods are unavailable or the price was shown in error.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Latvia through the carriers shown at checkout (e.g. Omniva, Latvijas Pasts). Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with Latvian consumer-protection law. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, nor to goods that deteriorate quickly. To withdraw, contact us using the details below; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Product information and disclaimer

Our products are herbal teas, food supplements and cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the site is for general purposes only and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

6. Complaints and warranty

If goods do not conform to the contract, you have the statutory rights provided by Latvian law. Send complaints to the contact address below; we respond within the period required by law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Latvia. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
